The Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) at the University of Luxembourg contributes to Luxembourg being the European centre of excellence and innovation for secure, reliable and trustworthy ICT systems and services. The interdisciplinary approach is essential, taking not only technical aspects into account, but also addressing business, human and regulatory issues. SnT fosters interaction and collaboration with industrial, international and government partners.

The research unit Laboratory of Algorithmics, Cryptology and Security (LACS) is part of the Computer Science and Communication Research Unit of the University of Luxembourg. It focuses on cryptography, building secure public-key cryptosystems, systems and network security, and information security management.

MSSI

The MSSI Master's diploma in "Information Systems Security Management" delivered by the University of Luxembourg is unique in its genre and is born out of a partnership between the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and the University of Luxembourg. This lifelong learning training is suitable for professionals from all sectors, who are currently in charge of information security or future players in this field. They may also be looking for solutions in information security and wish to do this through a full and structured training course once they obtained a university degree.
