AFR Grant Scheme
Businesses need knowledge to develop and grow, but cannot always afford the people that could take them to the next level. With young ambitious researchers on your team you could overcome the challenges that are slowing project development. They will help you gain instant access to the latest academic knowledge available in the public research institutions. The National Research Fund’s (FNR) AFR Grant Scheme (Aides à la Formation-Recherche) helps companies to hire these researchers by co-funding their salary. The cooperation is also useful as a human resources tool, enabling the potential employer and staff members to get to know each other.
Through its PhD and Postdoc Grant Scheme AFR, the FNR supports research training in Luxembourg and abroad. The AFR scheme also supports researchers who carry out their PhD or postdoc training in collaboration with a private company under PPP-AFR.
Get in touch with the FNR if you think the AFR Grant Scheme is for you.
